CONCIERGE LENDING

Low doc loans for investors who need quick money for a purchase or rehab. This is private money lending with rates starting at 9.9% and up to 90% ltv.

Jimmy Ogle is an accomplished real estate investor in Oklahoma City. Ogle is known for his entrepreneurial spirit and drive for connecting with fellow investors. With eight years of experience, his visionary perspective has earned him opportunities to work on a national level, leading masterminds, and numerous investing events. In addition to being CEO of Ogle Property Solutions, Jimmy strives to expand his network by giving further solutions to like-minded investors. By being an innovative leader in the industry, Ogle saw a need in the market for investor-friendly loans. These experiences instilled in Jimmy the discipline it takes to build one of the most successful real estate lending groups in Oklahoma.

John Dalton / Partner

John is an OU and OCU Law grad that started in the mortgage industry 21 years ago. In that time he had funded over 600mm in construction, residential and commercial projects for clients. John's specialty is organizing complex transactions and finding a solution for his clients that have unique financial situations. He enjoys golf and tennis and is the proud father of two boys in Deer Creek. John owns Dalton Mortgage Group which is a residential mortgage company that lends to all aspects of real estate. He also gives back to the community by announcing at the Deer Creek wrestling matches and is on the board of Deer Creek Football boosters club.
